Becoming a Licensed Hub

A Licensed Hub is an ICAA-certified regional partner (an ITC, ESC, consortium or similar agency) that enrols districts at the club rate, supports them locally and surfaces or builds what they need. Becoming a hub starts with the Hub Certification Application.
Starting the application
- Open Become a Member, choose Licensed Hubs and then Become a Licensed Hub.
- Enter your organization, state, primary contact, work email and a password. This creates your organization and your sign-in; the application is yours to continue from your workspace at any time.
- The application has twelve sections: organization, territory and coverage, experience, staffing, delivery and support, needs collection, security and privacy, partners, references (at least three), commercial expectations, attachments and the signature. Each section saves on its own, and the list on the left shows what is complete.
- When every required section is complete, open Review and submit, check your answers and submit. The sections are locked after that; you can still add attachments while ICAA reviews.
What happens next
- Qualification. ICAA runs a pre-screen of the application. Nothing is needed from you unless ICAA asks.
- Evaluation. ICAA scores the application against its published standard, checks references and may ask for evidence.
- Certified. On certification your hub license starts, the license fee is invoiced and the hub workspace opens: districts, needs and reports, finance and the performance scorecard.
Your dashboard shows the stage the application is in and what, if anything, waits on you.
Fees
The program terms (annual license fee, launch fee per onboarded district, rebate on district membership fees and the hub's share of hub-delivered services) are shown on the application page. The license fee is invoiced only after certification, and group purchasing lowers it once your hub has enough member districts. See Territory eligibility for Licensed Hubs for how the territory is decided.
