Joining through a Licensed Hub

Joining · For everyone · Updated Oct 20, 2026 · 1 min read

Most districts join ICAA through a Licensed Hub: the ITC, ESC or regional service agency that already supports them. The hub is your first point of support and joining through it gives you the club rate.

How to join through a hub

  1. Open Become a Member and choose K-12 District.
  2. Enter your district, state, county and enrollment. The wizard lists the hubs that serve your county.
  3. If your hub gave you a hub code, type it in and choose Apply code. A green banner confirms that the club rate applies.
  4. Pick your tier and term, create your account, accept the agreement and pay.

What changes when you join through a hub

  • Your price is the club rate shown on the tier step, not the standard rate.
  • Support tickets go to your hub first (Tier 1). The hub can escalate to ICAA at any time.
  • Your hub helps schedule workshops and other benefits.

No hub serves my county

You can join direct at the standard rate, or through a nationwide hub when one is offered. If a hub starts serving your county later, open a ticket and ICAA will review your hub attribution before your next renewal.
