Enrollment bands and the club rate
Joining · For everyone · Updated Oct 20, 2026 · 1 min read
District membership is priced by tier and by enrollment band, so a small district does not pay what a large one pays.
How your price is set
- Tier. Standard or Advanced. The Membership page compares what each includes.
- Enrollment band. There are two bands. The threshold and the price for each band are published on the Membership page and come from the current ICAA price book.
- Club rate. Districts that join through a Licensed Hub pay the club rate, a discount on the standard rate. The join wizard shows both prices side by side before you commit.
When the price can change
Your price is fixed for the term you paid for. At renewal the quote uses your current enrollment, your hub and the price book in force on that day. Update your enrollment on the Organization page before you renew if it has changed.
Why two districts in the same hub can pay different amounts
A hub can agree group pricing with ICAA for its districts, and districts fall in different enrollment bands. Your quote on the tier step and on My Membership is always the price that applies to you.
