Membership

ICAA is a warehouse club for K-12. The Licensed Hub is the business account, districts are members at the club rate through their hub, and the membership buys access to products at member-only prices, each with a published self-disclosure.

The club rate applies when you join through an active Licensed Hub that serves your area. Otherwise the standard rate applies.

Program rules

  • Join through a hub. 0% off the standard rate, hub support included. The hub must be active and serve your area on the day the invoice is issued; otherwise the standard rate applies.
  • Term. One year, prepaid. Multi-year prepay: 5% off a 2-year term, 10% off a 3-year term. The term starts on the day the first payment is received.
  • Renewal. A renewal invoice for one year is issued 30 days before the term ends, and the membership extends when it is paid. Nothing is charged by itself.
  • After the term ends. Benefits continue for a grace period of 30 days. A membership whose renewal is still unpaid after that lapses: benefits are locked until a renewal is paid.
  • Allowances. Assessments, workshops and other allowances are per membership year, from the term start and each anniversary. What is not requested in a year expires at its end; nothing is carried over.
  • Service discounts. ICAA applies the service discount of your tier when it quotes a service. Discounts do not stack with custom pricing or statewide contracts unless approved in writing.
