Projects

Co-development projects: member districts build new automation workflows together. Several districts co-fund one workflow, a Licensed Hub builds it to ICAA standards, and the finished workflow joins the shared catalog for every member.

ICAA runs no build fund. Members fund the builds they ask for, in funding units with a clear minimum, so no district pays alone and nothing is built that districts did not commit to.

How co-funding works

1. Districts name the need

Hubs collect the needs of their districts. When several districts ask for the same workflow, ICAA sets it up as a project with a builder hub.

2. Funding units and a minimum

Each project is split into investment units at a set price. Districts commit one or more units. The build proceeds when paid units reach the minimum shown on the project.

3. Delivered to the catalog

The builder hub posts updates as it builds. The finished workflow is evaluated by ICAA and added to the shared catalog. A Founders' Build is a hub-led project that starts as soon as its founding districts reach the minimum.

Open and in progress
