Publishing your Showcase profile

Account · For everyone · Updated Oct 20, 2026 · 2 min read

Every member organization has a Showcase profile: how it appears to other members in the Member Showcase. It is in the workspace under Showcase Profile.

Preparing it

Any user can prepare the draft: the logo, a short introduction, the website and other links, and for a vendor the products it offers. The page shows the profile as others will see it. Links are checked when you save, so a dead link is named before anybody else finds it.

Publishing

An owner publishes the profile. It goes to an ICAA editor for review, and you are told the decision in My Work; the review is of what is on the page, not of your organization. A published profile is listed in the Member Showcase and in search; later changes are reviewed the same way, and the published version stays visible until the new one is accepted.

A profile needs an active membership. A vendor's profile also needs a published self-disclosure for at least one product (vendors: see "Filing your product self-disclosure" under Vendors in the Help Center when signed in). A lapsed or cancelled membership hides the profile; a renewal restores it, with its content.

Inquiries

Other members contact you through the profile. The portal relays the inquiry to your organization's owners and records it under Showcase Profile › Inquiries; the sender sees your reply there and by email. Your email address is not published.
