Keep your organization's details current: they appear on invoices and decide your price at renewal.

What you can change yourself

Open Organization and edit:

• the organization name and address shown on invoices,
• your website,
• your county,
• your student enrollment (districts).

Every change is recorded with who made it.

What ICAA changes for you

• Your hub. Hub attribution affects pricing and rebates, so it is changed by ICAA. Open a ticket in the Hub category.
• Your membership tier. A membership keeps its tier for its term, and a renewal is for the same tier. To move to another tier, open a ticket in the Membership category and ICAA will tell you what is possible.

When changes take effect

A new enrollment figure is used the next time a quote is made, usually at renewal. It does not change an invoice that has already been issued.
