When benefits expire

Benefits belong to a membership term. Allowances you have not used by the end of the term do not carry over.

The rules

• Each benefit has an allowance for the term, shown on the Benefits page as used and remaining.
• A request made before the term ends still counts, even when the delivery date falls after it.
• During the grace period after your term ends you keep your benefits. Renew during this time to avoid a gap.
• When a membership lapses, Benefits is locked until you renew. Renewing starts a new term with new allowances.

Tips

• Request the workshop and the assessment early in your term so there is time to schedule them.
• Your dashboard lists the benefits you still have available.
• Renewal notices are sent 60, 30 and 7 days before the term ends.
