Sold and supported by

Your Licensed Hub
The hub a district joined through sells the product and provides Tier 1 support. Districts that joined ICAA directly are supported by ICAA.

When another hub sells Test Hub SubFinder (test: house label, on shelf) to its districts, that hub provides Tier 1 support and ICAA Test Hub, as the originating builder, keeps the largest share of the sale.

RFP language
